The October Challenge.....
Walk, Jog, and/ or Run 50 miles. (or 60 miles if you are up for it )
Return to this thread and update you mileage daily or weekly, whatever works for you.
Feel free to join this thread even if its the middle of the month... the more the merrier.

I am in. Will look at making a ticker....
Using spinning as a medium for being healthier and more fit. So I will probably have to find a mile average for my 50 minute classes, which are pretty fast paced. Any suggestions for what my average cycling mile per minute would look like?!?!0 -

I didn't get all the way to 50, but I'm not mad!
On September 1, I was on week 2 of C25k. I was running 1.5 minutes and walking 2 minutes in between. Today, September 30, I completed W8D2! I ran 4 days a week, sometimes 5, I wasn't in a race to finish c25k, I just loved running. I've come much further than traveling 50 miles this month!
Today I did 3.33 miles.

I'm in! I completely failed the September challenge for various reasons so I'm looking at 60+ miles for October.0

I am in. I am doing my first 1/2 marathon this month. I know I can do this. I just always quite running/walking all the time. I would love to get over 50 miles this month. I have a 25k in May to train for so this would keep me on tract.0
